Firm Profile:
Our company, Persolve, has been a debt buyer since 2005 (we have purchased approx. $15 million in cost of paper and have $273 Million worth of face value remaining). We are currently licensed, bonded or otherwise allowed to collect in 45 states, plus DC. We have 3 attorneys, 2 of which are licensed in California, and 1 who is licensed in Nevada so we file lawsuits in both of those states. Our pre-legal collection team has an average of 10 years worth of third party collections experience.

To measure our effectiveness, we have liquidated 24% on our own 2007 vintage debt purchases, to date, using our collection/legal model. We are currently working GE Money paper for 60 days pre-legal and then in our legal department, all from California and Nevada, which was sourced from a major debt buyer and have been generating liquidations of close to 4% average over a 120-day period.

We are a member of the American Collectors Association (ACA), the California Association of Collectors (CAC), the Debt Buyers Association (DBA), National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), as well as other leading national attorney and debt purchasing trade groups. Also, our three attorneys are members of the State Bar of California and one of whom is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
